BOT Solutions operates YousrERP. With your separate permission, we use this visit’s advertising reference and campaign tags to understand how ChatGPT Ads lead to paid subscriptions. Declining does not prevent registration, a trial or payment.
What is shared
After a confirmed first payment, this integration sends OpenAI a unique event identifier, the payment value, currency and time, the source page address without its query parameters, and the original ad reference when available. It does not send your name, email, phone number or card details. Campaign tags stay in YousrERP reporting.
OpenAI’s use of the data
OpenAI processes conversion data for advertising analytics, optimization and delivery, and the product and service purposes described in its Conversion Terms. Review those terms before choosing. We request exclusion from future user-level personalization; this does not turn off the analytics you choose.
References and withdrawal
We clear our stored ad reference and campaign tags after 90 days or earlier when you withdraw permission in your profile. Withdrawal stops future sharing by this integration; it cannot recall events already received by OpenAI. Minimal consent and payment audit records remain separate from advertising references. Clearing references does not delete your account, subscription or invoices.
Scope of this choice
This choice applies to the ChatGPT Ads integration described here. It does not control the site’s existing Google or Meta integrations.
Optional signup diagnostics
If you allow it in this browser, we record signup steps, approximate time, validation-error categories, language, device category and a broad source bucket. After account creation, this journey can be linked to your account to improve the experience. We do not record typed answers, passwords, verification codes, card details or session replays. Diagnostics stay inside YousrERP for 30 days and are separate from advertising events. Change your choice through Privacy settings; declining diagnostics removes this browser journey’s events.
