What help do I get with Phase 2?
BOT Solutions helps you understand the integration, configure your business and tax details, connect the workspace and work through your first invoice workflow. Chat and ticket support are available on every package; ZATCA integration is included in Grow and Scale.
Can you help when an invoice is rejected?
Yes. Share the invoice reference and response through your YousrERP support ticket. We investigate the response, explain the issue and help correct its cause through the appropriate invoice workflow. Acceptance remains subject to the authority’s validation.
Does YousrERP support B2B and B2C invoices?
Yes. Configure business and consumer invoice workflows using the customer and transaction details. We help you set up the required information and understand the responses.
Can I issue invoices in another currency?
Yes. YousrERP supports multi-currency invoicing with the exchange-rate and SAR tax values required by the configured Saudi invoicing workflow. We help you configure and understand those values.
What about exports, zero-rated and VAT-exempt invoices?
YousrERP supports export invoicing, zero-rated and VAT-exempt scenarios. These are separate transaction and tax categories. We help configure the relevant scenario using the tax treatment confirmed for your transaction; an export is not automatically treated as VAT-exempt.
Which package includes integration?
Grow and Scale include ZATCA integration. Grow is the recommended starting point with standard setup for one company and one agreed workflow. Scale adds its published service allowances. Each covers one VAT entity; Enterprise can be scoped with the sales team.
